We're a husband-and-wife team and the proud parents of three young boys.
The Phantom Bat was inspired by a Halloween tradition that Margaret grew up sharing with her family. Years later, we introduced the same tradition to our own boys, and watching their excitement, wonder, and joy come to life all over again, we knew other families would love it too.
That's why we wrote The Phantom Bat. Our hope is that it becomes more than a Halloween story—it becomes a tradition that brings families together through simple acts of kindness for years to come.
